Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval you chose until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime before an order is processed for shipping.
What you agree to
When you subscribe, you authorize Cafe Utopia to charge your payment method the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, on each renewal date until you cancel.

All subscription orders ship free, including renewals.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime, with no fees and no minimum number of orders:
- Online: log in to your account and choose Cancel on your subscription.
- By email: write to support@cafeutopia.com with the email address on your order.
To stop the next order, cancel before it is processed for shipping. Renewals are processed on the renewal date shown in your account. An order already processed will ship and is covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Skip, swap or change
From your account you can skip a delivery, swap flavors, change how often you receive orders, or update your payment method and address. Changes apply to orders not yet processed for shipping.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know and may retry the charge. If it can't be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription.
Free mug
The 3-month and Enjoy Both plans include a free Cafe Utopia mug with the first order only. It never ships on renewals and isn't sold separately.
