Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund, for any reason.
Our guarantee
We want you to love Cafe Utopia. If you don't, for any reason, we'll refund you. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to have tried it. The only limit is time: request your refund within 30 days of delivery.
What you can open
You're welcome to open one container of each flavor you ordered to try it. Everything else you return should be unopened.
- Example: you ordered 3 canisters of Arabica Roast. Open one, and return the other two unopened, for a full refund of the order.
- Example: you ordered Enjoy Both (1 Arabica Roast + 1 Cocoa Loco). You can open both, because each is a different flavor.
- Containers opened beyond one per flavor can't be refunded. The rest of the order still can.
One box of stick packs counts as one container.
How to request a refund
- Email support@cafeutopia.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We'll tell you whether the products need to be returned. If they do, we'll send return instructions.
- If asked, return the products following those instructions.
- Refunds are generally processed to your original payment method within 5–10 days.
Returns are free: when we ask for a return, we cover the return shipping.
Free gifts
You don't need to return a free gift, like the Cafe Utopia mug. It's yours to keep.
Subscriptions
Every subscription order is covered the same way as any other order, whether it's your first or a renewal. Request your refund within 30 days of that order's delivery, and the one-container-per-flavor rule applies to that order. To stop future orders, cancel your subscription (see Subscription Terms).
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of the anticipated delivery date with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and tell you whether it needs to be returned.
